If a Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin Chinese, Russian or Vietnamese call take longer than 60 seconds to connect, we provide a full refund no questions asked. It’s all part of our Lumos Quality Guarantee.

Our hand-picked group of around 100 linguists are all extremely qualified (every linguist has undergraduate AND graduate-level training and on average has more than 15 years of experience). All interpreters are also trained to follow our serious confidentiality standards.

When you call the Lumos Language Hotline, you will be directed to choose the language that you need an interpreter for. You are then directly connected to the interpreter for that language. If you need a less common language, you will be directed to an operator who will then connect you with an interpreter. We also provide multi-party calls and language identification for no extra cost.
